SYNOPSIS:

 The movie where the famous line “Walang himala” of star for all season Ms. Nora Aunor came from. It is about the main character Elsa who believed that she sees the apparition of the Virgin Mary.  She then became a healer for all of the people of the town Cupang as well as persons from far places who came to visit Elsa. The town which was dry and currently facing poverty was transformed to one lively town filled with commercialism and exploitation. The story ended up with Elsa death when she was gunned down by a man under the influence of drugs. Before she met her death, she announced her famous lines: “Walang Himala! Ang himala ay nasa puso nating lahat.”

 

POINTS OF OBSERVATION:

Well presented- There was a very good choice of location. It fits the location required by the story. Good story flow. Very good story with strong lines from different well established characters. It was one very good movie.
